จากสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นกับศูนย์ซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล FTX ซึ่งเป็นผู้ออกเหรียญ FTX Token (FTT) บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด ("บริษัทฯ") จึงได้ออกประกาศแจ้งเตือนความเสี่ยงของ FTX Token (FTT) และแนวทางการดำเนินงานของบิทคับ เอ็กซ์เชนจ์ (https://support.bitkub.com/hc/th/articles/10529951080589) ไปเมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน 2565 โดยบริษัทฯ ได้เฝ้าระวังสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด และพิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้า (Customer Protection) ฉะนั้น บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนให้ท่านทราบข้อเท็จจริงและสถานการณ์เพิ่มเติมของเหรียญ FTT ดังนี้

- บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการติดต่อผู้ออกเหรียญในช่องทางทางการแล้ว แต่ยังไม่ได้รับการตอบรับเรื่องแนวทางการแก้ไขแต่อย่างใด
- ศูนย์ซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล FTX ได้มีการยื่นคำขอตาม Chapter 11 ตามกฎหมายของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และผู้บริหาร (CEO) ของ FTX ประกาศลาออกจากตำแหน่ง (แหล่งที่มา: (https://twitter.com/FTX_Official/status/1591071832823959552)
- จากการตรวจสอบพบว่าศูนย์ซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล FTX ได้หยุดให้บริการ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2565 เวลาประมาณ 10:28 น. (UTC+7) โดยที่ไม่มีประกาศชี้แจงออกมาอย่างเป็นทางการ
- หลังจากนั้นศูนย์ซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล FTX ได้มีการระงับการถอนเหรียญออกจากกระดานของ FTX เป็นการชั่วคราว โดยที่ยังไม่มีประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลงที่แน่ชัด
- เหรียญ FTT เป็นเหรียญที่มีคุณสมบัติในการใช้เป็นส่วนลดค่าธรรมเนียม และ กิจกรรมอื่น ๆ บนธุรกิจของ FTX และบริษัทในเครือ ซึ่งจากข้อมูลข้างต้น อาจส่งผลกระทบต่ออรรถประโยชน์ของเหรียญดังกล่าวของเหรียญดังกล่าวตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน Whitepaper ซึ่งถือเป็นหนึ่งในคุณสมบัติของเหรียญในการพิจารณาการให้บริการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลในศูนย์ซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลของบริษัทฯ

จากข้อเท็จจริงข้างต้น ทางบริษัทฯ พิจารณาแล้วเห็นควรเพิกถอน (Delist) เหรียญ FTT ออกจากศูนย์ซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลของบริษัทฯ เนื่องจากคุณสมบัติของเหรียญไม่เป็นไปตามนโยบายการให้บริการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลในศูนย์ซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลของบริษัทฯ อีกต่อไป โดยมีกำหนดการการเพิกถอนเหรียญ FTT ดังนี้

กำหนดการ
- ยุติการให้บริการฝากเหรียญ FTT ถาวร: วันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2565 เวลา 13:08 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย)
*ท่านจะไม่สามารถฝากเหรียญ FTT ได้หลังวันและเวลาดังกล่าว
*จำนวนเหรียญของท่านยังคงเหลือเท่าเดิม และท่านยังจะสามารถถอนเหรียญ FTT ออกได้ จนกว่าระบบถอนเหรียญ FTT จะหยุดให้บริการตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- ขึ้นเครื่องหมาย DE (Delist)* บนสัญลักษณ์ของเหรียญ FTT: วันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2565 เวลา 18:00 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย)
- ยุติการให้บริการซื้อขายเหรียญ FTT ถาวร: วันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2565 เวลา 06:00 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย)
*ท่านจะไม่สามารถส่งคำสั่งซื้อขาย FTT ใหม่ได้หลังวันและเวลาดังกล่าว
*คำสั่งซื้อขาย FTT ที่เปิดไว้ก่อนหน้านี้จะถูกยกเลิก
*จำนวนเหรียญของท่านยังคงเหลือเท่าเดิม และท่านยังจะสามารถถอนเหรียญ FTT ออกได้ จนกว่าระบบถอนเหรียญ FTT จะหยุดให้บริการตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- ยุติการให้บริการถอนเหรียญ FTT ถาวร: วันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เวลา 06:00 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย)
*หากลูกค้าท่านใดยังคงมีเหรียญ FTT ค้างในกระเป๋าภายหลังการยุติบริการถอนเหรียญ โปรดติดต่อ Customer Support (https://support.bitkub.com/hc/th/requests/new) เพื่อสอบถามหรือขอความช่วยเหลือเพิ่มเติม

Notice of FTX Token (FTT) Delisting on 14/11/2022 at 06:00 AM (GMT+7)

Following the incident that occurred at the FTX exchange, the FTX token (FTT) issuer, Bitkub Online Co., Ltd., published the Risk Warning Announcement for the FTX Token (FTT) and Bitkub Exchange's Operational Guidelines (https://support.bitkub.com/hc/en-us/articles/10529951080589) on 11 November 2022. The company has monitored the situation cautiously and considered security and loss prevention for our customers (customer protection). Therefore, Bitkub Exchange would like to disclose the facts and situations regarding the delisting decision as follows:

- The developer team of FTT has been officially contacted. However, there has been no response regarding the solution yet.
- The FTX exchange has requested as per Chapter 11 of the United States Law, and the CEO of the FTX company has resigned from his role. (reference: https://twitter.com/FTX_Official/status/1591071832823959552)
- Upon checking, the FTX exchange ceased its services on 12 November 2022 at 10:28 AM (UTC+7) without an official announcement.
- After that, the FTX exchange suspended the withdrawal services temporarily without further announcement.
- The FTT token has the property to be used as a discount fee and other activities on the FTX business and affiliates. From the above information, it might affect the utility of the said token as described in the whitepaper which considers as one of the properties in consideration in digital asset trading services of the company's digital asset exchange.

Due to the listed facts above, the company has considered delisting the FTT token as the asset is no longer qualified as per Bitkub Exchange's listing policy as scheduled below:

Schedule
- Permanently cease to support FTT deposit: 12 November 2022 at 01:08 PM (GMT+7)
*You will not be able to create any new FTT deposits after the scheduled date and time.
*Your FTT balance will remain unaffected and available to be withdrawn until the FTT wallet is removed.
- Post DE sign (Delist)* with the FTT symbol: 12 November 2022 at 06:00 PM (GMT+7)
- Permanently cease to support FTT trading: 14 November 2022 at 06:00 AM (GMT+7)
*You will not be able to create any new FTT buy/sell orders after the scheduled date and time.
*Existing FTT buy/sell pending orders will be automatically cancelled.
*Your FTT balance will remain unaffected and available to be withdrawn until the FTT wallet is removed.
- Permanently cease to support FTT withdrawal: 12 February 2023
at 06:00 AM (GMT+7)
*Customers whose FTT holdings remain in their wallets after the cease of withdrawal are suggested to contact our Customer Support (https://support.bitkub.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for further assistance.
