A 30-something life sentence for childrearing expenses and killing a 4-year-old co-worker is confirmed.

He was sentenced to life in his 30s, who were put on trial for assault and death after taking a child of a co-worker.

The Supreme Court (chief judge Kim Jae-hyung) announced on Thursday that it has decided to decide on the original judgment of Ahn (31) who was indicted on charges of taking for-profit drugs and inducing specific crimes.

On October 2, 2016, Ahn suggested to his co-worker A, 토토놀이터 who worked in the same car washroom and raised a child alone without a wife, "Let's take her to a good nursery while raising her own child alone."

Afterwards, Ahn had his child at his home and motel for three days, and after repeated assaults, he let him die of cerebral hemorrhage. Even after digging a hole under a bridge in the Nakdong River to hide the crime, he calmly lied about sending his child to a day care center and collected 200,000 won per month for six months.

It has been reported that Ahn did not tell Ahn how the child was doing, and that Ahn had to endure and report her missing child to the police. The child was found dead in October 2017 near the Nakdonggang River.

Ahn claimed that the concussion was the cause of death, saying, "My child fell over the bathroom three to four times while taking a bath," but the prosecution, which sent the case, formed a special investigation team and revealed the murder charge.

"Considering the pain and fear that the young victim might have felt as he died of repeated assault and abuse by the defendant, the method of crime is too cruel and inhumane," the court sentenced him to life imprisonment.
