Thailand’s Gulf and TTC Group start 2 new solar power plants projects in Vietnam.
sarath ratanavadi(สารัชถ์ รัตนาวะดี), Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Group (Thailand)has been invested with TTC Group to launch 2 new projects TTC No. 01 and No. 02 Solar Power Plants in Vietnam.
the first Solar Power Plants project (TTCIZ-01) has been built on an area of 69.5 hectares, solar PV panels installed on 42.5 hectares, and has a capacity of 68.8 MWp.
The project start on May25, 2018, and total cost around US$65 million. Due to the effective support from management, contractors, staff and others within just 10 months the project was put into operation on March 2019.
the second Solar Power Plants project (TTCIZ-02), has been built on an area of 50ha, with PV panels occupying 39.2 hectares, and has a capacity of 50 MWp.
Construction took 8 months and the plant began commercial operation on April 19, 2019. It will provide 78 million kWh/year, meeting the needs of 63,669 households and reducing CO2 emissions by 62.29 tonnes a year.
TTC Group and Gulf Group chose competent and experienced contractors in the field of renewables to achieve the schedule.
By the way, two projects TTC No. 01 and TTC No. 02 Solar Power Plants, TTC Group and Gulf Group have created jobs for local employee, build up energy security and commit to the green - clean energy campaign.
