ถ้าใครติดตามข่าวผู้นำจีนมาตลอด รวมถึงในบทความที่สี จิ้นผิงเขียนถึงอิหร่านก่อนการไปเยือนประเทศในครั้งนี้ (สามารถดูได้จากลิ้งค์ท้ายบทความครับ) ก็รู้เลยว่า ท่านผู้นำจีนคงดันให้บริษัทจีนด้าน Transportation Infrastructure และ Construction สามารถขยายตลาดไปได้อีกไกลมาก

ลองดูคำพูดของท่านผู้นำในข้อความแรกที่ดึงออกจากบทความมาดังนี้ครับ

"Connectivity is the artery of the Belt and Road Initiative. In building connectivity, we should give priority to Asian countries and start with transportation infrastructure. China has a strong competitive edge in areas such as railway, electricity, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, metallurgy and construction materials"

ชัดเจนว่า Transportation Infrastructure กับ Construction น่าจะมาแน่นอน

ลองมาดูข้อความต่อไปในรายละเอียดกัน...น่าจะทำให้เห็นภาพชัดขึ้นไปอีกนะครับ

"China is ready to deepen cooperation with Iran on building roads, railway, sea routes and the Internet, and facilitating East-West connectivity in Asia and on this basis better promote trade and investment liberalization among countries along the Belt and Road, lower the cost of the cross-border movement of people, goods and capital and expand energy, resources and industrial cooperation."

การสร้างถนน รางรถไฟ ทางเดินเรือ ซึ่งต้องมีการก่อสร้างและบริหารท่าเรือแน่นอน พวกนี้ก็ยังคงเป็น Transportation Infrastructure และ Construction

ด้วยนโยบาย The Belt and Road Initiative ที่คิดค้นโดยสี จิ้นผิงปี 2013 ตลาดของบริษัทพวกนี้มันไม่ได้ใหญ่แค่เมืองจีนแล้วครับ แต่จะศักยภาพของมันจะถูกผลักดันออกไปทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มประเทศที่พาดผ่านทางสายไหม เริ่มจากทางจีนตะวันตก ไปเอเชียกลาง ไปตะวันออกกลาง ไปจนถึงยุโรป และอีกเส้นทางหนึ่งจากจีนใต้ไปยังเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

ลองมาดูกลุ่ม Railway และ Construction ของจีนกันครับว่ามีบริษัทอะไรบ้าง

กลุ่ม Railway ชั้นนำได้แก่ CRRC, China Railway Group, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), CRCC High-Tech Equipment ราคาหุ้นตกมาพอสมควรแล้ว เริ่มน่าสนใจมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆนะครับ

กลุ่ม Construction ก็ตกลงมามากเช่นกัน อย่าง China State Construction Engineering Corporation หรือแม้แต่กระทั่ง China Railway หรือ CRCC ซึ่งก่อสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอื่นๆนอกจากรางรถไฟก็ยังได้

ช่วงนี้หุ้นจีนลงเอาวันละ 3-4% ในไม่กี่วันมานี้ แต่กลุ่ม Railway หรือ Construction บางวันลงได้มากกว่าวันละ 6-7% เลยทีเดียว The Belt and Road Initiative กับ 13th 5-year plan for economic and social development ก็กำลังจะเริ่ม implement แล้วกันแล้วนะครับ

ในตอนที่นักลงทุนรอบโลกไม่ชอบตลาดหุ้นจีนกันเยอะ เพราะเห็นว่าความไม่แน่นอนยังมีเยอะเกินไป ราคาหุ้นก็ลงมามากพอควรแล้ว ... ตอนนี้น่าจะเป็นเวลาดีเยี่ยมที่จะเริ่มศึกษาหุ้นแบบนี้ในตลาดจีนครับ
